    these machines just keep going and haunting me ok try this one...tray three is set for 8.5/14.when using auto paper size through the ardf ,we get add paper 8/14.op panel disply says there is paper in tray three and it is 8/14tray is full.when tray three is selected manually it will feed from tray three no problem.next i put 8/14 on glass hit print display on op panel says add 8/14 paper or load 8/14 paper select tray manually and again it feeds no problem.so when using ardf or copying on glass i get this message load paper in tray 8/14.have not found problem yet ant ideas before i go back to client.BICU or is it somthing in tray unit area.whadya thnkp.s tray four works as should only tray threehas this problem.also is set for auto paper sizenot a setting

    Swap trays three and four and see if the problem stays the same.

        you may want to check user tools/ systems settings/ tray settings, also check the dial on the tray, and look in tray cavity to see if paper is jammed up behind the tray.

          Check your default tray settings, and also check AOS and auto tray switching settings to make sure they are set to how you want them, in which they both should be on.
