I have a Ricoh SFX2000m secure fax machine. It has a error code of 3-13h. What does that mean?

Not familiar with this machine, but I did find a picture on Ricoh's Website - Looks exactly like a 2000L / 2050L ??

Anyway, are you sure the code isn't 3-31H ? - this would be a laser motor on the models I'm familiar with

I have no listing for any 3-13 codes.

I couldn't find any 3-13h codes on any fax that looked similar either. The closest thing I found was 3-11, which refers to an ISDN phone line problem.
