    mp 2000l not printing

    Hello,
I have a problem with MP-2000L printer - it doesn't work on any port - i Tried USB and LAN. I tried every driver I could get from ricoh site - pcl6, pcl5e... When I try to print something there is no information, no error but it doesn't print... Maybe you could help me to analyse where the problem is?
I should add that the printer is almost new and it wasn't ever well configured - it didn't print yet.
    Thanks in advance

Are you using the DDST driver? That is the driver you should be using for the "L" model.

Another possibility is the PCL 6 for DDST has not been activated at the factory.

Check [User Tools] / [Printer Features] / [List/Test Print] if [Configuration Page] is not shown as a selection, install PCL for DDST Firmware B8955500 version 0.45 or higher

Relax! This firmware injection won't hurt...but it will take 45 minutes.

double check that nic and usb is turned on in SP mode, I think it's under "Device Setting" towards the bottom of the 5's.
