MP C6503 image problem

Good day, i have a customer who is trying to print an image with a gold back ground but the machine is some how outputting a blue back ground.
Other than this the quality is good. Any ideas as to why this is so.

Clean ID sensors and run ACC.

There s also the problem that the color shown on the computer might not be correct. Also most displays use RGB and laser printing use CMYK. Try printing the image on an inkjet printer and see what the color shows as.
