    Ricoh c5100s Print stretch after a tap sound,

    Ricoh c5100s Print stretch after a tap sound, and then gives empty prints for some time. and then again gives 1-5 prints ok and then this happens again.. Please help.

    Looks like the paper is moving properly be the ITB has stopped. Check the ITB and the drive train for the ITB.

      I gues this are labels or self adhesive sheets, these papers tend to deform or bend when feeding into machine. Sometimes they can stuck under ITB. Machine cant detect jamed paper, but paper obstruct ITB normal rotation. Check for jamed papers...

        Thank you for your response. The ITB is stopping, we have checked it already cleaned the sensors, but nothing seems to work, after giving 5-10 Prints, It makes a sound and then streches the image and right after gives empty pages. Then If we wait for some time, it happens again.

        Sometime back the heating lamp of fusing unit was broken. We replaced that.

          This issue started to happen sometime back only, before we had given around 10000 label sheets, that were working fine.
