[Error Code] Ricoh C5110 Pro - SC371-01 Error

    Hi,

We have had a Ricoh C5110 Pro for just over 6 years now without issue.
A few weeks back we had to replace a Black Lubricant Bar which we did, and reset the part in the menu.

However, we now have a constant error coming up of SC371-01 and in the History we can see it is actually SC371-01, 02, 03.
We have replaced the ITB Belt and the ID Transfer Sensor Bar and still nothing.

According to the voltages it appears that the Centre Sensor on the ID Transfer Bar is reading lower than what it should but we don't know how to adjust this or change it as the machine immediately errors on booting up meaning we can execute anything.

Any help would be much appreciated

What do you mean by ID Transfer Sensor Bar?

When was the last time the developers were replaced?

      The Density Sensor - p/n D1366100
As this is what was listed in the Service Manual that could be faulty so was replaced.

      Developers only last year (Oct)

We wouldn't have reached 600k since they have changed.
We didn't run this as we can't run anything in the Service Mode, because it throws the SC371-01 Error before we have chance to do anything. We can access the service mode but it won't let us run anything because of the error.

You beed to turn the Pro 5110 on with the doors open and leave them open until after you enter SP mode. This will prevent engine startup.

Thanks for your help on this, but it starts to run and then says "Failed to Apply Settings"
And we end up back at square one.
