Request for Ricoh MP 2014AD Firmware

I have a ricoh MP 2014AD which is supposed to be duplex capable machine
my problem my machine is not doing and duplex priting or copying nor showing the duplex option in the menus
i think the wrong firmware is flashed into the machine (i bought it used)
please can you help me by providing the correct firmware for MP214AD
