    @Remote Problems

    Hello everybody

    We have a lot of problem with @Remote, we dont receive end alerts from toners on a lot of printers... But we have the counter
    The network parameters are ok, the after-sales service communication test work, the sp parameters are ok (SP-5051-001 : 1 / SP-5507-080 : 1 / SP-5507-081 : 20% / SP-5507-082 : 20%).
    I initialize the @Remote certificate in 2048bits (SP-5870-004 / SP-5870-3)x2... All printers are updated
    The problems occurs on the 03/04 series and IMC.
    For the majority, the toner is not OEM...
    Do you have any ideas where does the problem come from ?

    Thank you

    Have you used the @Remote GUI to set those up?

        Ricoh Japan, I seem to remember that it issued a circular, with a change in the internal maintenance services for technical teams. Ricess / Octopus / @Remote?

        I don't remember correctly if "@Remote" was among these internal improvements due to scalability issues for the central servers (in Japan), but I wouldn't rule it out.

And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.

          I wonder if the fact that you're using toner that is not Genuine Ricoh just might be the problem? On the newer models more information is available to the @Remote server which might include toner chip information. Ricoh just might have decided that for those dealers that are not providing Genuine Ricoh to their customers will not be notified when customers need toner.

          You could try setting up email notification in WIM.

            It 's maybe that... Its the only solution that I think...

            For the mail notification Its very boring to do this on +/-1000 printers, especialy that while we paid for @remote
