no multicopy

i have Ricoh 1015 it does not give multicopy
i check already copy features max. copy quantity,
it is set to 99. what may be the reason.please help

Is the "Add Toner" light on? many copier models will only make one at a time if it is low on toner

I think the (optional) 16MB memory is not present. When you want to make multiple copies, you need this memory.

I would have this happen on some machines if I was copying from the platen glass and the default setting was for stack/sort.
