    I have a problem. The engineers don't know how to solve the problem.

    I have a Ricoh 7100 machine that has a malfunction with the malfunction number 685-03 and hours a malfunction appears 586-33 and when the heater comes out and turns on the machine it works malfunction 626-00
    I want a solution please
    And all the board in the back of the machine was changed directly and also the same problem

              You may have a DC power problem. That is what the first code is and it could cause the other codes. The troubleshooting guide will tell you what to check/replace. the Service Manual Request forum is the proper place to request manuals
