Ricoh IM C4500 2 issues to 2 different machines

Ricoh IM C4500 - fax memory if full. They can send out faxes. Did SP 5-102 on Friday but Monday the Fax Memory is full. They are only sending out faxes but not receiving. Store is off Forward is off and print is On for received faxes. I have document server deleting in 1 hour and setup AUTO Delete random.

Ricoh IM C4500 - printing envelopes with Microsoft Word. Set all settings on machine and in driver correctly but when using "mailings" and Envelopes in word, the envelope prints too quickly thru the manual tray and double prints the addresses. I have changed the setting to Thick 3 but word has no option to select paper thickness. Oddly sometimes it prints slow and does not double print, but then most times its prints out so quickly that the address double or triple prints. Did notice that word defaults the envelopes to plain paper, as we changed the Copier setting to follow driver, but we changed the paper settings on copier to Thick 3. So we then get an error to insert envelope with plain paper.
No idea how to make this work properly for this law office.

Any advice on both machines is appreciated.

I know that on older models fax and scan used the same memory for temporary storage.

This might help with the envelope problem. https://www.copytechnet.com/forum/te...ints-from-word
