IMC6000 "Waiting for firmware update data" after remote update

Used Ricohs update tool and am now getting this message. Cannot get into service mode or user tools. Tried multiple times and same results.
    Any ideas?
Also, when trying from SD card I get a download error E32

If the firmware failed from @remote then I would use arms to see which version it got stuck on or didnt complete. Load on sd card and place in service slot and in most times it will update the missing firmware that it was stuck on. If using the tool I guess it would be doing a package update so maybe try and get the latest from FDS site and Similar to above try and boot it up with the latest package in the service slot at the back. May get lucky. I had one last week on an IMC6000 as well which sounded similar to the above but kept cycling on and off with no chance to get into settings or SP. Kept saying waiting for firmware with an ip address listed. I tried all the usual tricks, tried every combo of board with no luck. The NVRAM was corrupted. That's a rare scenario hope you don't have iT too
