Trouble with Duplex mode in Aficio 2045

Hi all !
When I start copying 2 side the first paper always get jamed at fusing rack , after take it out the machine works well . This is keep on annoying .
Any suggestion for repairing is appreciated .

Sounds like the machine has a case of 'morning sickness'. The problem is the junction gate above the fuser has some foam pads on the ends of it that over time wear down to the adhesive underneath. When this happens, when not used for awhile (like overnight); the gate sticks to the plate underneath.
To fix it, take the scanner unit off the top of the machine and then look at the junction gates on the right hand side. Remove the pads and clean off any remaining adhesive residue. Your problem should go away then, though you may get a little clicking sound when the solenoid engages to open and close this gate afterwards. A little tape on the ends can solve this.

Rthonpm, you the man. That is the fix for that. The first time I experienced that it took me a while to figure out why the solenoid was not firing all the time.
