I have a couple of A1060 in the field and the owner has recently upgraded to Vista OS. Sometimes when printing from various programs (pdf, office) part or documents or pages are missing. I have instaled a Vista drivers, and other macines (A3260) on same network are working fine.

Does the 1060's have all of the latest firmware?
I'm assuming that you've reloaded all drivers a couple of different times?
Are the computers that are having problems with the 1060's the same computers that are printing to the 3260's?
When you say that pages are missing, are you saying that during a five page print job, pages three or maybe page four is missing?
Have you been able to narrow it down to the size of documents causing the problem? Does a ten page document do it, does it not do it with a three page document, does it miss pages with a thirty page document? Are you sure that the driver is causing the missing pages, and the machine, when making copies, never misses a page?
This can be a bit frustrating, but you want to find out exactly what the copier can do with the driver, and try to narrow down what it does not do properly. Like, does a specific program print multiple pages fine, or do ALL programs cause this problem? Do any programs work ok?Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Comptia A+, Comptia Network+ -
Are you using the PCL6 drivers for Vista?
If so then delete 'em and use PCL5e.
I had something similar to this on an MP6500 where the customer had migrated to Vista and had downloaded and installed PCL6 drivers purely because they were the most "up to date" ones on Ricoh's website.
They also had problems printing off their AS400 system but that was a whole different headache that I had to pass onto one of my colleages who has far more experience in these matters.Comment
