    Strange Error Code LD015

I've got a customer with an LD015 with just over 8,000 clicks that's throwing an SC 929. The manual lists it as an IMAC hardware error. I'm presuming that as this is a base model that this is a component on the BICU board.
I tried re-flashing the firmware and also re-seating all the connections on the board, to no avail. The customer has no service agreement on this little box and I'm thinking at this point I've got a bad BICU. Has anyone seen this code before or found a way to resolve it without a brain transplant for the device?

Check the metal grounding contacts at the bottom of the paper tray.
There was a TSB regarding this.

We had this problem a while back. Pulled our hair out until we adjusted that grounding tab. Once we adjusted that tab, we kicked ourselves for it being such a simple fix.

I am kicking myself in the ass now for missing that bulletin!!! I will take a look at the machine when the BICU arrives from an old lease machine in a day or two. My area has had a lot of power issues from a winter storm last month and all kinds of strange board issues have popped up of late so I went straight for that.
