Ricoh Pro C5100 Multiple Toner Loading Failures

Toggles between all the colors, usually has 2 or more colors failing at same time. Can hear and feel toner motors working but still fails or fails to another color. Can manually add toner in SP Mode but some times will error toner loading failure during this process. Started after adding new developer in black, not sure why this would cause the problem but want to make sure all the info is out there. Put in another developing unit and made no difference. Replaced pcb board in unit.

Could be a problem with the toner hopper assembly. You may need to rebuild of replace as needed.

toner Hopper issue, Toner is not going into Toner hopper assembly from cartridge.
if you are refilling the Cartridge with another OEM toners it happens .

Try output check twice(Toner Motor ) for failing color ,take out the cartridge and see if toner drops into the hopper .

Had this issue last week with one of my client (refilling the cartridge ).

Thank you all for your suggestions. Ended up cleaning all the toner supply motors and gears, they were all gunked up with toner and not working properly. Probably should've done that in the first place but when all you did was replace black developer and you get all the errors made me second guess myself on whether I put it back together correctly.
Unit is running fine now except for saying cyan toner cartridge is almost empty and it's brand new. Yellow reads independent toner cartridge but it's OEM, which all the cartridges are. Client is up and running for now and I have 2 others down now so have to come back to those 2 issues.

If it is not Genuine Ricoh you will get the independent toner cartridge message. You can also get both messages if the cartridge has been refilled or partially used in another machine.
