    MPC 3502 RFID

Hello good morning I wish you the best I have a 3502 which had its RDFID damaged due to not removing the cartridge seals. We put new ones in it and it doesn't work, the chips were changed, the image unit was checked (ok) He tries to react but... keeps showing error message

    I appreciate your suggestions

What's the error message? The toner pump could be faulty. Is there toner in the dev entrance. This device is very old now. Please upgrade

It is a poor town and the client does not change teams... it is economical for him. The message it gives is that the black imaging unit is not installed and to install the black cartridge correctly. As you can see in the image, the machine recognizes that the cartridge is full, but it does not start working because it again tells you to install it correctly. The RDFID is new, new cartridge, 2 more chips were put in and nothing. Tried the black unit on another machine and ok, The pump feeds toner correctly displayed in 5804 37,130,134 ..the toner comes out full. thank you

Did you fit a (printer kit) drum unit and have modified and swapped over the TD sensor? Maybe TD sensor isn't seated correctly or faulty on drum unit. You could turn off the setting in SP mode as test switching from TD sensor to pixel control to see if you can get a pages out. Maybe the connector on the machine side that the pcdu slides into is damaged or knocked out of postion

I did have one or two scenarios similar to this where I had to do a engine clear to recover. Maybe backup NVRAM try that and can always restore

Recheck the RFID board. There could still be a very slightly bent contact pin. One of the pins is just for detecting the presence of the cartridge.

                Good morning

It's the development unit, the sensor burned out... several years ago in the same machine, a power surge had burned out all the toner sensors and it was in Japan that they caught it.

I don't know why I didn't remember, well, the client told me yesterday that there were several power problems in the town.

                Thank you all very much
