what is the reset procedure when replacing the cyan cleaning unit? Machine is asking for it.

I turned 3701 to 1 for the unit, reset the pm list. still shows up. do i need to go into 7622 as well? Thanks

did you replace the cleaning unit? there are 2 switches on the cleaning unit that are triggered when the lube bar wears down. uneven wear on the lube bar will often trigger one of them. i had a c6503 that had the same problem after rebuilding the cleaning unit. one of the switches was stuck in the actuated position.
