    Ricoh 240w Installation Guidance needed

    Hello fellow technicians,

I used to be an authorised Ricoh Technician but for the last 1 year I have changed sector.
A good customer of mine has a Ricoh 240w and wants to install it as a Printer and Scanner.
He has the scsi (if i remember correctly the connector) cable, the special board, a windows xp machine AND the RSP files.
Now while i have installed almost every machine from Aficio 1022 up to IMxxxx, but it will be my first time with this relic.
I can't find any guide regarding this procedure, but only that i need the PlotBase Software, which seems to be in the old Tessa Support site.
Since i don't have access currently on Octopus but might regain it, does anyone know if they have this software there?
Additionally, any help regarding the steps or any manual of this procedure is greatly appreciated.

First does the 240W have the interface option installed? If you don't, evetything else is moot.

Do you need the service manual? If so you can get it here https://www.manualslib.com/manual/12...icio-240w.html

They also have the Plotbase installation manual. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/52...-Plotbase.html

As for the Plotbase software you will need to contact Ratio US http://www.ratio.us/

Thank you very much for your reply.
By interface option you mean the "controller" within the machine?
