Ihave a Ricoh p 501 printer MICR enabled printer, my question is can i use the regular toner cartridge for printing (I do not want to use check printing) I hope everyone understand my question

I'm gonna say no. Micr usually modifies the printer and firmware to specifically handle magnetic-based toner.
