Ricoh PB3220 right door stuck - solution found

If anyone has a stuck door on a PB3220, I have a solution to prevent the door hooks from over rotating and getting stuck under the pins on the feeder frame again.
I found that you can carefully split an ADF sep roller (A859-2241) in half and it will fit perfectly snug inside the cover above the release handle.

I would add more images but I can't for some reason. Anyway, squeeze the half of the roller inside the door guide right next to the round post that sticks up straddling the plastic ridge. This acts as a stopper for the latch handle keeping it from over rotating and sticking.

I also made a google photos album, but I'm not sure if this link be to be allowed to work...
