    Not able to print to my MP C4504EX

    I purchased a used MP C4504EX for myself and struggled with clearing the data of the previous user. The machine still had SNLX installed and I was not able to access the Administrator functions. That issue has since been resolved, but since then, I am not able to send print jobs to the machine. I have the IP Address and I am able to navigate to the GUI page When I send a print job to the printer, the machine initializes as if it is about to process a print job but it will not print. Also, there are no error messages on the display.

    Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

    I've run up against all sorts of issues in recent years when purchasing machines for refurbishing and resale, where after removing optional programs and 3rd party software there have been issues as you mentioned, or SC codes, etc.
    I've made it a standard part of my process to perform a memory clear in SC mode of all components - EXCEPT ENGINE, and then go and re-enter the preferred default settings.
    This typically corrects all of my connectivity issues
