hello people

this machine is not feeding from the two vacuum feed LCIT trays, i was called to replace the lift cable in one, cleaned the feed belts and transport rollers, checked guides, blower is working - sometimes it feeds into the transport rollers and stops but most commonly the paper doesn't move at all (150 & 350gsm gloss)

i have ordered new feed belts but was wondering if there are any tips/tricks or pointers anyone may have

Check the filters on the back, replaced the belts, turn the separation blowers up to max and take the top of the side fences off and set the blowers to point directly towards the paper, not at an angle.
