    PRO 8100 SC450-01

    Good afternoon. I have a Ricoh PRO8100 that is constantly giving the SC450-01. I have already cleaned the contacts of the power pack that is under the PTR. I cleaned the PTR contacts. I replaced the Transfer roller but nothing improved. Any suggestions?

      If it keeps coming back replace the PTR assembly, they don't last forever.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
