    SC382-01 PRO8210

Good morning colleagues. I have a PRO8210 that during the warm-up and calibration when turning on the equipment indicates SC382-01. All consumables are within their useful life, and the drum has 500k prints.
I have cleaned the potential sensor with no positive result.
The machine was off for a week for vacation and when I came back is when the problem appeared. It won't let me make a single print.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

Could be drum shaft ground problem.

If I disconnect the potential sensor with the SP3500-002 and 3600-001, it does not perform the self-calibration, it does not output the fault and the printout is perfect.
But then I guess the problem is in the sensor, i.e., if the printout is good, the sensor must be reading wrong. Any feedback?

If the drum ground system is bad you will get a bad reading. On older Martini models you often had to replace the shaft holder.

Thank you for your answer, I understand that. But if I disable the sensor the print comes out perfect, in case there is a real problem, either with the grounding of the drum shaft or other reason, shouldn't it come out a bad print?
