Ricoh how to delete extended features applications

Hi Experts,

I want to delete some unwanted applications from extended feature info. How can I do it?

What is the model. You can either do it from the Web browser by logging in and navigating to extended features area in lower left of device xonfig area or via user tools. Usually in settings-machine features extended features but menu layout may be slightly different depending on model

If it is an application that interfaces with other functions on the machine the may be settings elsewhere in User Tools and SP that need to be changed. It is best to have the original installation instructions in hand. Some applications that original were purchased on an SD card might require the original SD card in order to properly uninstall. If you specify the model and the application, someone with prior experience at removing will be able to help you. But just carte blanche, way too many variables.

To delete unwanted applications from the Extended Feature Info on a Ricoh device, press the Home button on the control panel, go to the Extended Features or Application Site, then select the application you want to remove. Choose the Uninstall or Delete option and confirm the action. If you don't see the option, you may need admin access or use the Web Image Monitor by entering the printer's IP address in a web browser, logging in as admin, and managing apps from there.
