Savin 4540 Copier/Fax

Does anyone know how to change the BAUD rate on a Savin 4540 Fax/copier? I have checked every setting possible on every System Config page for the Fax properties and don't see any references to BAUD rate. I have even searched Savin's online manual for BAUD and still no results. I need to lower the Baud rate so faxes can be sent to an IP fax. The phone company said setting it to a lower BAUD rate would help with this. Any suggestions?

You will need to go into SP modes, then select the Fax SP mode. You must then program some bit switch settings to change the modem speed. There are separate bit switch settings for RX and TX. You will need the Service manual, not the operation manual to look up which switch numbers need to be changed.
