IMC300 scanner problem

HI,

Customer called, yesterday they could scan to email . . .
today, when going into scan modus they get the following message: "You don't have the rights to use this function"
Strange, because there's bin no change in the settings, as they say .. .

Someone a clue here, visit this client later on

Maybe User Code Authentication is enabled and not all the rights are selected.
