    [Misc] Scanned File Status Asterisks IMC2500

    Hi , Good day to all. i have an issue with Ricoh IMC2500. after doing scan when i want to check back the scanned file status. the detail is closed with Asterisks. i only can see it if i logged in as admin. if as normal user without login i cannot see the detail. i have try to change the setting to do not show but it does not doing anything to it. is there any setting i need to do inside service mode or anything to make it normal back as a non user also can see it ?

      Try SP 5-888 set back to initial
