Admittedly we're not that familiar with these units but I do have a customer that has one and we are having an issue. They want the copies to exit in the Internal tray and not the external finisher. I did find the output settings and change it to "internal tray 1" but it still goes to the finisher. Any ideas of what I am missing?

Output : Copier in the General tab of user tools should sort that out. If not there may be something mechanically wrong with the bridge unit.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Does it come out of the finisher upper tray or lower? If lower it could be sort is set as default.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
