Problem with mpc407

Gentlemen, good afternoon, I had a problem with an MPC 407 computer, after deleting the memory, I have tried to change the language, but I can only get the home screen to be in Spanish, I have tried from the screen settings without success , since both the user tools and the interface of the functions (copier, printer, scanner, etc.) appear to me in English.
I updated the Android system of the screen and the firmware of the device and I still cannot solve my problem.
Am I overlooking something?

Go into factory service mode and change the area/region. I can't remember what mode it is or the exact wording but if you fumble thru you will be able to open the proper one and see a bunch of different languages. Choose a different language, hit ok, then back to the language you want and hit OK again then reboot.

We had this happen after wiping some smart op panels and the panel language was wrong.

Thanks for the suggestion, perform a wipe through recovery mode (delete cache and so on), install the cheetah system again and the apps could be reinstalled again.
