    C7200 SC581-01

    Hi all,

i am dealing with SC581-01 right now. Everytime the fusing is pushed in to machine, SC581-01 shows and notification popup.
"The power cord(s) has been disconnected or the breaker switch is turned off. Turn the main power off, plug in the cord(s) to the wall outlet, and then turn the breaker switch on"

i have replaced the IOB and AC Drive with no solution.
Anyone got ideas about this SC?

Welcome! It sounds like you have a tough problem to solve. Since you've already tried replacing the IOB and AC Drive and had no luck, I think you should look at the following:

Power Connections: Make sure all of the power connections are safe and not broken by checking them twice. Also, check for any wires that aren't attached properly.

Breaker: Resetting the breaker switch is a good idea even if everything seems fine. This will rule out any problems that happen from time to time.

Fusing Unit: Make sure the fusing unit is in the machine correctly and that nothing is in the way.

Logs of mistakes: If your computer can record mistakes, looking through them might help you understand the SC581-01 code better.

Service Manual: The service manual may have specific steps for fixing this error code.

I hope this helps! What else do you find? Let me know if I can help you any further. Have fun!

Is the breaker actually tripped on the secondary power cord?
