Where to find instructions for SMB Scan and Email Scanning Ricoh IM C3000

Very new to this take over machine. Is there a Quick list of instructions for this somewhere? thanks! I am grabbing the SM and checking that asap.
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

Having a service manual is a definite must if you are going to be working on the IM C3000. It will not however cover much on scanning. Setting up scanning is an end user function. You will need one or more of the Operating/User/Security available to end users on ricoh-usa.

There is also a Scan To Folder helper on the aplication site which may be of help for SMB
Its an app the you can place on your copier screen.

You asked for setup instructions. I don't mean to sound rude, but that is a configuration setting which a SM is not required for, and there are readily available, user friendly HTML versions of all User guides on the RICOH website.

However, Here's a direct link to the info you asked for to go along with some of the other info you've already received:

SMB settings are basically the same as the older models from what I've seen. you add the credentials and path into each users address book entry. the scan to email settings need the SMTP setting configured under the "E-mail" link on the WIM after logging in as Admin
