[Misc] HDD Encryption / Data Overwrite security

    Hey Guys
We've been asked to enable HDD encryption and Data write security on an IMC3000. It's not something I'm that familiar with. So, I've jumped into the service manual and the process looks all straight forward. I however see the admin and supervisor password can't be set to the factory default which seems logical but it's also telling be the Administrator login name also can't be set at the factory default and needs to be changed. Can anyone confirm this, as anything other than "admin" as the log in name seems unusual.
    Cheers

You need to be in Factory SP mode to reset the admin and supervisor credentials.
