Sharp tech here. have a friend with an old savin 8025e that the touch screen is off. In a sharp i'd go into test command 65 and adjust the touch screen. is there anything like that on this box? how does one access service modes and what test command is it? thank you for any help.

yes, there is a mode you can enter to calibrate the screen.
I only have my aging brain to go by, but i "think" this is it: Reset 1 9 9 9 3 Clear/Stop (hold)
If that doesn't work, It may be a 5 at the end (or possibly only two 9's)
That's definitely "close" if it's not the correct sequence.

I think your right about the number sequence, Tim, but as I think further, it now seems to me that was 3 x clear/stops at the end and hold the last one.
My guess from the description is it's likely just a calibration issueComment
