Hoi,
E71 error when we select firmware upgrade via sp mode on a
imc2000
and at a total different location als with a
mpc3003
Could it be that the firewall is blocking his path, because when we use the Ricoh Firmware Update Tool to update, it works fine.

I would imagine the routing this machine goes through to contact the servers is different than your update tool. I would just download the firmware to a memory card and restart the machine with the card inserted.
