    @Remote

    Hi,
    Last week we registred some Ricoh's for monitoring using @Remote
    Now when the machines are registrated there is possibility that when for excample the toner is low at the customer, we should get a reminder by mail.
    I am trying to figure it out how to configure this in the settings . ..

    Someone more experienced in how to?
    This is one of the reasons we want to use @Remote besides reading out the counters

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    You need to login your GUI-portal and setup a Call Email, it's located under Maintenance->Call Email

    There you can setup a Supply-alarm to a specified email.

    Also don't forget to change the SP-value on the machines in the modes 5507-80/81/82, the default is getting larm when toner is switched and not on threshold 😃
