More than likely you got a corrupted file when you downloaded the firmware of when you transferred them to the SD card. Otherwise you need to call Ricoh-EU and get a trained regional tech out there with a recovery SD card.
Try copy the firmware to the SD card (prefered 1G card) which download from RFUT and try again
Go inside the RFUT folder, you will see the temp folder, inside it got firmware folder, the download fw is inside it.

Then call Ricoh support. You need someone onsite who knows what he/she is doing.
Thanks to everyone I finally managed to update almost all the firmware myself. Now the only problem is this one as in the photo which doesn't let me update the fax firmware. Because the update starts but never ends. Other solution?
