[Error Code] Ricoh Pro c7200SX error sc590-03

Morning Techs
I have Ricoh pro c7200sx which is giving SC690-03.
The error is coming when the device running a job.
Ricoh service manual is pointing at ''communication between CRB left and IOB error''
I have tested both the CRB left and right to a working device and error is not coming. I'm yet to test
a IOB and harness between CRB and IOB.
Anyone who has an ideal to this issue please assist.

I had it a few weeks ago and had to replace the TIM/MAG unit to sort it.

Thank you very much for your response, Did you have SC690-03 and how about the CRB which is mentioned
in the service manual?

Did you replaced TIM/MAG or the REVOLVER unit or both

Just the TIM/MAG unit and I had exactly the same code.

I tested a TIM/MAG unit to a working machine, the error didn't
appear even after running a lot of jobs.
What could be the issue?

Interesting, I'd try and look at the replacement and adjustment settings in the service manual to see if the unit had drifted out of alignment for some reason.

Also, did you try and use the unit in the other machine in the one you're having the problem with?

No i didnt try that . I'm now testing the while tray unit where the TIM/MAG are located
and its working fine. Could it be the IOB?

It could be, it could also be the harness from the left drawer to the IOB too.
