Are you using paper that is within the specifications of the machine? Is it too thick or have a coating?

Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.

I agree with Cobiray, the paper is most likely out of spec.

Having said that, try upping the fusing temperatures a bit and see whether it improves.

Did you specify the the paper weight in the printer driver? When you're using thick paper without specifying the weight, the printer will treat the paper as 80 grams and then the fuser can't fuse the image into the paper properly.

There are about 40 different fuser heat adjustments - all these can screw up the machine if not used correctly.
The best way to check if you have a fuser problem run the copies from the bypass. when the bypass is selected press the # button and select thick paper (machine takes max 163gsm from bypass - max 105gsm from trays).

There is nowhere in the pcl5c driver v3.1.0.0 to specify g/m2.

I have tried a variety of papers all within spec with no resolve to this issue.

                Yes, I'm using OEM toner.

                ????????
