Ricoh Network Twain with multiple Ricoh Devices

Customer has 2 Ricoh devices.
IM C4500
Ricoh 402spf

When installing the Twain driver and using the EMR software to get the scan, it works but only 2 the IM C4500. It does not give an option to choose another Ricoh device.

We will be installing more desktop machines in another office and need to be able to choose the network device they are scanning too.

Any advice on how to make this work?

You may need to use the Network Connection Tool. It should have been installed when you ran the Network Twain setup. Programs/TypeGeneric TWAIN V5. You may have to use the Manual Entry button and enter the IP address of the MP 402SPF.
