    Ricoh C7100 with e-43 not printing

    Hello.
    I'm having a weird problem with my Ricoh C7100 .
    I installed a new system software to the e-43 efi because I had a problem with printing to the machine.
    The connection between the Fiery and machine is perfect ,the fiery reads every settings on the machine , Toner - Paper. but when I print any file even a test page the fiery screen stick on ( PRINTING ) and the machine received the file and stick on ( Printing) but no paper comes out.
    If I make copy the machine works fine .

      Did you try to format HDD on Ricoh?

          How long it takes to print counter list from machine. If it is to long, maybe machine HDDs. Is proccess and hold on Fiery working? After right click on document, not option print, but proccess and hold. Before that make all settings in document like you will print. If this is not working try to update Fiery. Anyway you should update important updates (SP1, SP2, etc.) if you didn't already. Did you cheked Fiery HDD health before installation?
