    [Misc] MP C4502 Service Mode Locked

    MP C4502 with changed passwords for Admin and Supervisor plus lock on Service Mode. Getting the password is not possible. Is there a way to do download and upload NVRAM data without Service Mode?

      Since you do not know how to reset Admin and Supervisor passwords to factory default, pay for a trained tech to do it for you.

          My knowledge is limited in this case and comes down to Factory SM and 5xxx-x6 (if memory servers me right). Unfortunately the machine refuses to enter the above.
