    Pro C7100SX: Printer saying ''PLEASE WAIT''and I need to restart it to work again.

    The device is working properly, But when it goes into sleep mode to save power and then we wake up the device, a menu appears (please wait) and remains until we restart the device

    Actions Taken:

    Updated the firmware.
    Replaced all worn components.
    Installed a new control board.
    Replaced the hard drives.
    Replaced the RAM.
    Verified proper electrical connections.
    Confirmed the functionality of the fusing unit.
    Despite these measures, the device was tested without a fiery server, and the issue persisted.

    Updating firmware does not replace corrupted firmware.
