Ricoh pro c 7100 SC 670

Hi,
I had this error couple months ago SC 670 and after upgrading firmware and reseating all connectors on engine and controller boards if was kind if solved. Machine could show this error once or twice in a month, but it was working fine.

Last two days it shows error on startup and after couple hundert of copies.
Anyone had this and what was the solution.

Hello SC 670 can be anything.
Defective motor or cable.
I already had the PCB: NRYF board defective.
There is a Ricoh Technical Bulletin RD 194102b for this purpose.

Yes, seems it could be anything.
Do you have that bulletin? Since they shutdown my-ricoh I dont have access to database.

I have SM for the machine but its not very helpful.
I have found TSB for this purpose, but machine is now working
