IMC4510 scanner configuration

Hi,

Installed this IMC4510 last week @customer.
Printing worked allright, scanner would be configured by their own ICT

Got a call today thge scanner doesn't work . .
When I arrived I noticed that the standard conditions on the scanner was as the pictures showed.
It scans to a file, see pict 1, problem is that I cannot change the settings, Its grey and won't react, see pict 2
Already reset the scanner application in SP5832, but no changes . . .

Does someone knows how to get it in normal "scan to email or scan to folder" modus?
is it related to administrator rights? Verifications are "open"

someone programmed the store file option as the default setting. restore defaults in the program/recall/defaults. alternately select the store file highlighted in your 2nd pic and select cancel on your 1st pic then program as defaults
