Https/SSL problem

one of our government clients wants only secure HTTPS for all their printers. I switched "Permit SSL/TLS communication" to "Ciphertext only", but WIM says "Your connection isn't private", net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. How do I fix this? Sounds like a self-signed cert issue?

THEY will have to use WIM to install a Certificate. Their information management will know what I am referring to in fact they will most likely have a domain specific certificate to install. The certificate identifies the MFP as a recognized secure device for the domain.
