Lanier MP 3054 - Receive Print Emails via POP3 or IMAP

We have a client with a Lanier MP 3054 and they want to the copier to receive and print emails automatically. We can scan to email no problem and we configured the pop3 settings but it doesn't seem like the copier is even attempting to check. Not sure if maybe there is a setting we are missing? email setting screenshot below.

My thoughts, how do you enable Two-factor Authentication? Are the emails on Gmail deleted as they are downloaded? If so what happens if the HDD crashes before all the emails are printed? I don't see a setting for automatically printing. They may have to do the checking of the server manually and then what have they gained?

Does the machine have a fax module? Email to print requires it as it's really just a variation of e-fax.

We have an app password setup for the copier to be able to send emails, I also tried changing to a non-gmail account that doesn't require 2fa/mfa with the same results.

Yes it has the fax module and a hard drive, and is on Adobe 1.4 version, its an older unit belongs to the client.

        Thx
