    Address Book Converting

Does anyone have a format tool that will convert the exported address books to the proper format between Ricoh and Konica Minolta.

You need to convert the .UDF file to a .cvs file. There are converter utilities that are available online or you can contact Ricoh tech support. You can then edit the .cvs file with Excel to match the requirements of KM.

Yes I have the CVS files. I was looking for a tool of some sort that would automate the editing process in Excel.
I have actually found a way via the Query Editor to automate the process of putting the CVS files in the proper format for each manufacturer.

I will update here once I have a working file to share.
