not as far as i know but if you turn on administrator authentication it is required to log in to reset the screen which will prevent the end user from resetting the screen accidentally.

It's foolish that the reset button is so prominently displayed, and users really don't know what they're doing when they press it, so this is what I do with EVERY installation nowadays!
